2016-17
Spent the fall season rehabbing an injury while preparing for track and field...Opened the spring season with a 2:24 800-meter run at the Wildcat Invitational…Recorded a seasonal best 2:18.1 at the SF Distance Carnival…Placed 6th at the Chico Distance Carnival 800 meters with a 2:19 run…Finished the season with a 2:17.5 run at the CCAA prelims, just missing the final.
2015-16
Raced sparingly while dealing with injury in both seasons…Two-time CCAA All-Academic Award winner.
2014-15
Redshirted during her freshman year…Finished 173rd at the Willamette Invitational, posting a time of 22:56 in her first ever 5k…Placed 133rd in the open race at the Bronco Invitational…Finished 24th at the Doc Adams Invitational...On the track, an injury interrupted training and prevented a racing season.
Pre-Chico Days
Spent the first three years at San Diego’s Mt. Carmel High School running sprint events on the track, focusing primarily on the 400 meters…Ran cross country for the first time as a senior and shifted her focus on the track to the 800 meters…Cracked the 2:20 barrier a number of times and posted a PR of 2:17.
