Her favorite course at Chico State is Introduction to Public Health with Andy Miller.
Her favorite athlete is Matt Chapman.
She chose Chico State because it is close to her hometown, allowing her family to attend games, and because the campus felt welcoming and home-like with its surrounding nature.
Her greatest sports moment so far was winning the Division III championship during her senior season with her entire family in attendance for her final game.
Outside of softball, her best talent is working with kids, which aligns with her goal of pursuing a career in pediatric nursing.
The best advice she has ever received came from her hitting coach, Sam: “You can only go as far in the game as you’re willing to push yourself. At the end of the day, you’re doing it for yourself, not anyone else.”
