– A 2022 graduate of Vanden High School in Fairfield
– Helped lead the Vikings to three Monticello Empire League titles and the 2022 CIF Sac-Joaquin Section Division III semifinals
– Batted .617 with 27 stolen bases and a .644 on-base percentage as a senior

Personal

– Daughter of Tim and Maria
– Has three older siblings: Yaya, Nick, and Elijah
– Looks up to her brother Elijah because “he got me into softball and all the stuff I love today like Anime and video games”
– What she admires most about the world of sports is “how all the sports are like a community, and how they can become a family to you. Even your team becomes your second family and can become very good friends”
– Her favorite course at Chico State is Small Group Communication, taught by Jessica Eggen
– Chose Chico State because “I loved the chemistry of the team and the coaches were very welcoming. It is also two hours away from home”
– Her greatest sports moment was getting a .667 batting average in high school
– The most interesting thing she has ever done is swim with turtles in Hawaii, which she described as “a fun experience and would go again”
– The most impressive thing she has accomplished is achieving her highest-ever GPA in her first semester of college
– Has learned through softball that “it is a failure game and it teaches you to keep going and keep grinding even though you may be failing”
– Enjoys watching movies, listening to music, playing video games with friends, and spending time with family and her niece
– Her best talent outside of softball is Taekwondo
– Going to Japan is at the top of her bucket list
– The best advice she has ever received is “always put yourself first and get yourself a good life; don’t put anyone else’s life before yours”
