Second year in the Wildcats’ program…Pre-Chico Days: A 2020 graduate of Presentation High School in San Jose…Played four varsity seasons…Earned Second Team All-West Catholic League honors…Contributed to the Panthers achieving the highest grade point average in the state and being named CIF State Academic Team champion…Personal: Born April 23, 2002, in Santa Clara…Daughter of George Henry and Danielle Macias…Has one older sibling, George Henry Jr…The person she most admires in the sports world is former NFL star Marshawn Lynch (“because he is a hard worker and is dedicated to his sport while helping his community on the side”)…Favorite course at Chico State is World Sports and Games, taught by Dave Berman…Chose to attend Chico State “because I fell in love with its atmosphere and the amazing softball program”…Her greatest sports moment is hitting back-to-back home runs in a Central Coast Section finals game…The most interesting thing she’s ever done is learning to ride a dirt bike when she was three years old…The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished is being her family’s first college student-athlete…Has learned by playing softball “to stay patient and disciplined”…Enjoys going on adventures with her friends when she has some free time…Considers baking to be one of her biggest talents outside of softball…Says “I am good at art and makeup”…At the top of her bucket list: “Travel the world”…Best advice ever received came from her mom: “Never live your life with would’ve, should’ve, could’ve”…Majoring in criminal justice…Plans a career as a forensic investigator or a homicide detective.
