Biography

As a Junior (2023)
- Made 2 starts in 6 games played
- Of the two starts, one at first base at Cal State San Bernardino (March 25) and the other against Cal Poly Humboldt (April 18)

Pre-Chico Days 
- Played three seasons at San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, batting a combined .360 with 25 home runs and 114 runs batted in
- Helped lead Delta to the Big 8 Conference co-championship and the No. 4 junior college ranking in the state in 2019
- First Team All-Big 8 Conference selection
- A 2018 graduate of Lincoln High School in Stockton
- Lettered in both softball and basketball

Personal 
- Born April 3, 2000, in Stockton
- Daughter of Richard Washington and Patricia Givens
- Has three siblings: Deilani, Michael, and Deja
- Her dad is her hero (“He raised me and has always been there for me. He is the strongest person I know and has beaten death more times than I can count”)
- The person she most admires in the sports world is Jackie Robinson
- Why she chose to attend Chico State: “It was close to my hometown and has one of the best softball programs around”
- Her greatest sports moment was playing in the 2019 California Community College Athletic Association State Championships with Delta College
- The most interesting thing she’s ever done is get matching lip tattoos with past teammates
- The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished is “keeping over a 3.0 GPA while taking care of my sick father, practicing softball and working a full-time job”
- Has learned by playing softball that “nothing is handed to you. You have to work for it”
- Enjoys traveling and exploring with her friends and family when she has some free time
- Her biggest non-sports talent: “I can make people laugh”
- Admits to owning 25 pairs of Crocs
- At the top of her bucket list: “Go to Hawaii”
- Best advice ever received came from Delta College softball coach Jim Fisher: “Memorize your Social Security number”…Majoring in criminal justice
- Plans to join the military after graduating.
