Did not see action for the ’Cats in 2019…Redshirted in 2018…Pre-Chico Days: A 2018 graduate of Ponderosa High School in Shingle Springs and Nebraska University Online…Multi-letterwinner in soccer, football and basketball…Spent senior year of high school in Spain as a member of Marbella United FC, a U.S. College Soccer and European Pro Prep Soccer Academy…Team MVP in both soccer and basketball in 2018…Personal: Born December 16, 1999, in Pollock Pines…Son of Jim and Christina…Has two sisters, Alyssa and Cassandra…His dad is his hero (“Through thick and thin, he has always been someone that I can look up to and a great role model. I strive to be like him in every aspect of life”)…The person he most admires in the sports world is Mexican professional footballer Javier “Chicharito” Hernandez (“His passion and presence every time he steps on the pitch is what made me fall in love with soccer”)…Favorite course at Chico State is Introduction to Dance, taught by Jolene Barry…Why he chose to attend Chico State: “The fantastic men’s soccer and athletic program”…His greatest sports moment so far: “Competing and playing with this group of guys. Every day is better than the last”…The most interesting thing he’s ever done is playing in Spain for a soccer academy…The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is moving away from his family at 17 years old to play soccer overseas…Has learned by playing soccer that “life can be hard or it can be relatively easy.
