- His dad is his hero (“he shows me to work hard and always grind. And he loves me no matter what is going on. He has showed me how to become a good young man”)
- The person he most admires in the sports world is Tiger Woods (“because of his mentality; being the best, and always putting in the work”)
- Why he chose to attend Chico State: “It’s my hometown and I want to represent it well”
- His greatest sports moment came during his final year of high school “because of how well I played and how close our team became. We had a genuine connection”)
- The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished: “No specific thing, but I have persevered through thick and thin”
- The most memorable round of golf he’s ever played came during his high school Sectional competition: “I went in sick and had a hurt back, but grinded it out and shot 70 (-2)”
- Has learned by playing golf that “putting in the time and doing solid work always shows”
- Enjoys fishing and playing video games, as well as spending time at his grandparent’s ranch (“It makes me feel at ease”) when he has some free time
- Says juggling is his biggest non-sports talent

- Best advice ever received came from Steve Christophel: “I was going through a rough patch in golf and he helped me get through it. Also, he told me all of my practice will show and pay off”
