Personal:
Born July 21, 2000, in Harrogate, England…Son of Andy and Christine…His dad is his hero (“I look up to him, and he’s a very supportive and caring guy”)…The person he most admires in the sports world is Tiger Woods (“ for all the success he has had, but also the major comeback he made”)…Why he chose to attend Chico State: “It is very welcoming and seems like a great place to call home. Also, Coach Green gave me a great opportunity and I can’t thank him enough”…His greatest sports moment was winning the Oakland City Championship last summer (“The feeling winning a golf tournament is incredible. Hopefully I’ll experience more of that feeling here at Chico State”)…The most interesting thing he’s ever done is moving to America (“It has been amazing here but the difference in culture is quite amusing”)…The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is finishing first at the Oakland City Championship…Has learned by playing golf that “the sport itself is very humbling. We experience a lot of emotions throughout a round, so learning to control them helps with outside experiences”…Enjoys going on drives and going to the beach when he has some free time…His biggest talent outside of golf: “I would love to say I’m a talented person, but unfortunately I’m not. I guess making a lovely bowl of cereal or juggling a soccer ball!”…At the top of his bucket list: “I’ve always wanted to see the Northern Lights and skydive”…Best advice ever received came from his dad: “It’s not what you know, but who you know”…Majoring in communications.
