2020–21 Highlights:
Earned CCAA All-Academic honors for the 2020–21 academic year.
2019–20 Highlights:
Did not compete for the Wildcats in 2019–20.
2018–19 Highlights:
Appeared in one tournament, posting a 76-74-79-226 and a 73rd place finish at the October 1–2 NCAA Division II Preview.
2017–18 Highlights:
Averaged 76.1 strokes per round in three tournament appearances as a true freshman…Notched two top 30 finishes…Shot 73-73-146 to earn a share of 14th place October 9–10 at the InterWest Wildcat Classic.
Pre-Chico Highlights:
A 2017 graduate of Rocklin High School…First Team All-Modesto Metro Conference selection as a junior and senior…First Team All-Sierra Foothill League in 2014 and 2015.
Personal:
Born July 23, 1999, in Rocklin…Son of Bob and Julie…Has two siblings, Jake and Lindsay…His dad is his hero (“He inspires me to work hard and be my best self”)…The person he most admires in the sports world is Tiger Woods (“He was my inspiration and made me want to pursue golf”)…Favorite course at Chico State is Sports Marketing, taught by Robert Madrigal…Why he chose to attend Chico State: “I really enjoyed the town and the team culture”…His greatest sports moment was catching a trophy salmon in 2017…The most interesting thing he’s ever done is win the 2018 Co-ed B Division Grass Volleyball Tournament…The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is making four holes in one over his golf career…Has learned by playing golf to “work hard and put the hours in”…Enjoys fishing and being in the outdoors when he has some free time…Ranks fishing as his biggest non-golf talent…Currently learning how to play guitar…Can play ping pong with both hands…At the top of his bucket list: “Play a round of golf with Tiger Woods”…Best advice ever received came from his dad: “Work smarter, not harder”…Majoring in business marketing.
