Biography
In four years Tim Tollefson has transformed himself from an average high school runner into a standout college performer. During the 2006 cross country season Tollefson notched solid placings at each invitational, including a 24:55 run at the Sundodger meet. His 74th place NCAA finish helped the ‘Cats to a fourth place team effort. On the track, Tim has established himself as one of the best steeplechase runners in Division II. He is the three-time defending CCAA champion at the barrier event, and finished the 2007 season tantalizingly close to an All American award, placing 9th in the NCAA final with his 9:10 run in Charlotte, NC. Tim will be counted on as a team leader and top competitor during his senior year.
