- Finished 118th overall in the 10K at the NCAA Championships
- Named to the All-West Region team after finishing 20th at the NCAA Championships, running a personal best time of 30:47.9 (10K)
- Placed 17th at the CCAA Championships
- Ran a new PR time in the 8K (24:19.2) at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational
As a Freshman - XC (2021)
- Opened what proved to be a very consistent fall season with a 12th place finish (8k time of 25:23.3) September 10, 2021 at the San Francisco Invitational
- Turned in a 17th place effort September 25, 2021 at the Cougar Challenge, finishing the 8k layout with a personal best time of 25:09.0
- Placed 16th overall with a 10k time of 32:17.2 October 9, 2021 at the Western Washington Bill Roe Classic
- Narrowly missed all-conference honors with a 16th place run (8k time of 25:11.9) October 23, 2021 at the CCAA Cross Country Championships
- Burst onto the spring track & field scene with a first place showing and a personal best 5k time of 14:34 March 5, 2022 at the Kim Duyst Invitational
- Followed up with an 8:28.2 3k PR at March 12, 2022 at the Aggie Open
- Notched his first sub-four minute 1,500m run with a 3:58.9 effort March 19, 2022 at the Wildcat Invitational, finishing seventh overall
- Raced to a 12th place finish and personal best 10k time of 30:19 March 31, 2022 at the Mike Fanelli Classic
- Lowered his 1,500m PR in the 1500 to 3:58.1 April 23, 2022 at the Chico Invitational
- Recorded sixth place finishes in both the 5k and 10k May 6–7 at the CCAA Track & Field Championships
- Concluded the season with a 1500m PR time of 3:55.50 May 13 at the Azusa Pacific Last Chance meet
- Earned 2021–22 CCAA All-Academic honors
- Received the 2021–22 Division II Athletic Directors Academic Achievement Award
- Named to the 2022 USTFCCCA All-Academic Track & Field Team.

- Redshirted during the 2019 cross country season

Pre-Chico Days
- One of the top runners in the very competitive Southern Section, the Trabuco Hills High School graduate recorded a 14:28 three-mile PR in the Invitational race at the Woodbridge Invitational
- Placed fourth overall at the Orange County Championships..
- His 14:33 three-mile effort earned him the individual title at the 2018 Sea View League Championships
- Finished sixth at the CIF Finals (14:47), earning a spot in the State championships
- Finished 24th in the D1 boys race at State with a 15:34 clocking
- Concluded the fall season with a 17th place run at the Foot Locker West Championships
- Named cross country Most Valuable Runner 2016–18
- XC Coach’s Award winner in 2015
- On the track, helped lead the Mustangs to two SVL championships
- Earned three team MVP honors
- Posted a 9:18 PR for the 3,200m at the Arcadia Invitational
- Placed second at the SVL finals for the eight-lapper
- Also recorded a personal best time of 4:19 in the 1,600
- Took home the team’s track & field Coach’s Award in 2019
- Three-time All-League selection
- Earned two All-County honors during his prep career.

- His greatest sports moment was being crowned the 10K CCAA Conference Champion
- The most interesting thing he’s ever done is “live at the Track Shack”
- The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is earning the rank of Eagle Scout
- Has learned by competing in distance running to “run faster”
