2020–21
Earned CCAA All-Academic honors for the 2020–21 academic year…Received the 2020–21 Division II Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award.
 
2019–20
Redshirted the 2019 cross country season…Competed in one event in the shortened 2020 track & field season, finishing 10th in the 1,500m (4:07.05) March 7 at the Kim Duyst Invitational.
 
Pre-Chico Days
As a senior at San Diego’s Point Loma High School, posted a third place finish at the Kit Carson Invitational, before notching a sixth place effort at the Stanford Invitational…Placed third in the Eastern League Championships before ending the season with a 22nd place run at the San Diego Section meet…On the track, recorded big PR’s in all events during his senior season…Ran 4:19 in the 1,600m and 9:25 in the 3,200m at the Escondido Invitational…The Mt. SAC Invitational would bring a 4:17 PR for the 1,600m..Earned a league title in the 1,600 with a tactical 4:25 effort, and would double back for a runner-up 3,200m performance (9:38).

Born December 26, 2000, in San Diego…Son of Richard and Monica…Has three siblings: Eliza, Ricky, and Cameron…The person he most admires in the sports world is Olympic gold medal triathlete Jan Frodeno…Favorite course at Chico State is Physics for Students of Science and Engineering: Electricity and Magnetism, taught by Hyewon Pechkis…Enjoys “sitting around and doing nothing” when he has some free time…At the top of his bucket list: “I plan to leave for a year and study abroad”…Majoring in biochemistry and math…Plans to go on to graduate school or attend medical school.
