Pre-Chico Days:
As a senior at Point Loma High School, posted a third place finish at the Kit Carson Invitational, before notching a sixth place effort at the Stanford Invitational…Placed third in the Eastern League Championships before ending the season with a 22nd place run at the San Diego Section meet…On the track, recorded big PR’s in all events during his senior season…Ran 4:19 in the 1,600m and 9:26 in the 3,200m at the Escondido Invitational…The Mt. SAC Invitational would bring a 4:17 PR for the 1,600m..Earned a league title in the 1,600 with a tactical 4:25 effort, and would double back for a runner-up 3,200m performance (9:38).
