2013 XC All-CCAA (Finshed 14th)

2013-2014: Enjoyed a breakthrough season in the fall…Placed eighth at the Sundodger Invitational 8k open race with a 25:09 cross country PR…Placed fourth at the Willow Hills Open 5k in 16:00…Finished ninth at the Triton Invitational, earning the right to participate in his first CCAA Cross Country Championships…Finished 14^th at the CCAA meet to earn All-CCAA honors... Concluded his season with a 22^nd place run at the Doc Adams Invitational…On the track he posted a 15:30 effort in the 5k at the Johnny Mathis Invitational…Posted a 10k PR of 31:23 at the San Francisco Distance Carnival…Finished his season with a 1,500-meter PR of 4:06 at the Chico Distance Carnival.

2012-2013: Opened cross country season with a 25:32 PR for 5 miles at the team time trial...Placed 51st overall at the WCC Preview meet in Portland...Lowered his 8k XC PR to 25:19 while placing 81st overall in the Seeded race at the Bronco Invitational...Finished the fall season with a 32nd place run at the Doc Adams Invitational...On the track opened the 2013 campaign with a 5k PR of 15:15 at the Kim Duyst Invite...Enjoyed a PR for the 10k distance at the San Francisco Distance Carnival while running a 31:50 mark...Dropped his 5k PR again with a 15:09 run at the Chico Distance Carnival.

2011-2012: Highlight of the fall season came in the form of a 25:41 run at the Willlamette Invite...Finished season with 26:35 run at Doc Adams Invite in Davis...On the track, opened season with a 9-minute 3K at the Cal/Oregon Border Clash…Clocked a 15:26 5K at Kim Duyst Invite… Ran a 15:40 5,000/4:06 1,500 double at the Chico Distance Carnival…Concluded season with a 15:33 5K run at Oxy Distance Carnival.

2010-2011: Redshirted in both sports as a true freshman…Finished 46th at the Doc Adams Invitational running unattached after suffering from a broken ankle throughout the season…On the track, recorded a 15:58 mark in the Chico Twilight Invitational’s 5K…Ran a 32:39 10K, which was a USATF Junior Championships Qualifier...Placed 15th at the USATF Junior Championships.

High School: Starred at McQueen HS in Reno, NV…Third-place finisher at the Nevada 4A State Meet in 2009 (16:25)…Followed up with a fourth place cross country showing at the USATF Junior Olympics…Finished third in his division at the Mt. SAC Invitational (15:47)…Fourth in the 3,200 meters at the 2010 Nevada State Track and Field Championship…Recorded bests of 4:29 in the 1,600 meters and 9:25 in the 3,200 meters.
