2011-2012: Placed 17th at the NCAA West Regionals, earning All-West Region honors.

2010-2011: Finished 90th at the NCAA Championships…Placed 12th at the West Region Championships, earning All-West Region honors…Finished third at the CCAA Championships behind two teammates to earn All-CCAA recognition…Placed 25th at the Santa Clara Invitational while setting a PR of 24:35 in the 8K…Finished 26th at the Willamette Invitational with a then PR of 24:39…Placed 61st at the Stanford Invitational…On the track, Placed third at the CCAA 5K Championships in a one-through-four Chico State sweep…Recorded a 10K PR of 29:58.40 at the Mt. SAC Invitational, giving him the seventh fastest PR in school history…Recorded a 14:27 5K at the Stanford Invitational, an NCAA provisional mark…Ran a PR of 8:20 for the 3K.

Pre-Chico: One of the best junior college distance runners in the state while at American River Community College…Finished second in the NorCal Cross Country Championships in 2008…Went on to finish eighth at the State Championships with a time of 20:30 on the Woodward Park course…Also posted an 8K time of 25:21 at the Santa Clara Invitational in 2009.
