As a Senior - Track & Field (2025)
- Earned All-America honors in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and captured the CCAA championship in the same event. Competed in eight meets across four distances, consistently finishing among the top performers
- Placed 6th at the NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 9:04.63, earning All-America honors
- Won the CCAA title in the steeplechase with a time of 9:08.03
- Ran a personal-best 8:51.24 in the steeplechase to win the event at the ULV Leopard Invitational, it was also the third fastest time in Chico State history
- Finished 2nd in the steeple at the Sacramento State Hornet Invite (9:08.43)
- Ran 8:57.30 at the Stanford Invitational (8th place) and 9:14.05 in NCAA prelims (6th)
- Clocked 4:20.65 in the mile at the Chico Invitational (5th place) and 3:59.90 in the 1500 at the Wildcat Invite (7th place)
- Placed 3rd in the 5000 meters at the Wildcat Invite with a time of 15:06.41
- Ran on the distance medley relay at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic (7th place, 10:21.93)
As a Senior - Cross Country (2023)
- Ran in six meets
- Finished fourth in the CCAA Championships at 24:22.9 to be placed on the All-CCAA team
- Placed 179th at the NCAA Championships in 32:13.8 to set a personal best in the 10K
- Finished seventh at the Western Washington Bill Roe Classic in the 8K in a personal-best time of 24:12.6
- Took 23rd overall out of 336 runners at the Alabama Huntsville Chargers XC Invitational
As a Junior - Cross Country (2023)
- Ran in five meets
- Made debut in the 10K at NCAA West Regionals, clocking in at 32:17.3
- Made All-CCAA with an eighth-place finish at the conference championships, running a 25:08.8 in the 8K
- Debuted in the 6K at Ash Creek Collegiate, finishing 12th overall in 18:35.7
As a Sophomore - Track & Field (2023)
- Made two meet appearances
- Won the 3,000m steeplechase at the Wildcat CUP with a personal-best time of 9:37.34
- Set a new PR in the 5,000m at the Wildcat Invitational, running a 15:08.51
As a Sophomore - Cross Country (2022)
- Ran in three meets, all in the 8K distance
- Personal best time was 24:56.1 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational
As a Freshman - Cross Country (2021)
- Made his Chico State cross country debut September 25, 2021 at the Cougar Challenge, finishing the 8K event in 55th place with a 25:55.2 time
- Recorded a 33:19.9 on the way to a 37th place finish October 9, 2021 at the WWU Bill Roe Classic
- Ran an 8k time of 25:18.3 to earn a 14th place finish October 16, 2021 at Santa Clara’s Bronco Invitational
- Appeared in one meet during the 2022 track & field season, finishing 11th in the 200-meter dash (43.59) April 23, 2022 at the Chico Invitational

- Did not compete in cross country or track & field due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Personal
- Born December 19, 2001, in Chico
- Son of Jim and Lisa
- His sports hero is early 20th century golfer Frances Ouimet (“He was a very good golfer, and wanted to play competitively, but had people constantly tell him he couldn’t play because he was a caddy—and poor. But he persisted even through very dark times and won the U.S. Open in 1913”)
- Why he chose to attend Chico State: “So that I could save a lot of money staying home, and the fact that Chico State has an amazing running program”
- His greatest sports moment was passing six runners in the final mile to take second place at the Northern Sectional cross country meet…The most interesting thing he’s ever done is make a hole-in-one in golf
- The most impressive thing he’s ever accomplished is obtaining the rank of Eagle Scout
- Has learned by competing in distance running that “life—and cross country—is a very mental game. If you tell yourself you will succeed, you will find success, but you have to want it”
- Enjoys playing golf when he has some free time…Can build “wicked accurate models of things” with Legos
- Can play the piano
