As a Junior - T&F (2023)
- Appeared in seven meets
- Named All-CCAA after finishing third in the 1,500m at the conference meet
- Also finished fifth in the 800m at the CCAA Championships
- Ran a PR time of 4:30.66 in the 1,500m at the APU Franson Last Chance
- Achieved a PR time of 2:14.75 in the 800m at the Bryan Clay Invitational
- Only appearance in the distance medley relay at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, running a 11:59.60

As a Senior - XC (2022)
- Finished 106th overall at the NCAA Championships with a season-best 22:07.5
- Placed 17th overall at the CCAA Championships

2021–22
- Began the fall season with an 11th finish (6k time of 22:22.5) September 10, 2021 at the San Francisco State Invitational
- Scored a personal best 6k time of 21:36.6 and finished eighth overall to lead the Wildcats to the team title at the September 25, 2021 Cougar Challenge
- After dealing with a mid-season injury, placed 28th (6k time of 22:07.08) October 23, 2021 at the CCAA Championships
- Bounced back November 6, 2021 at the NCAA West Regional, finishing 20th (6k time of 22:04.2) to earn All-West Region honors
- Concluded the cross country season by placing 147th (6k time of 22:46.6) November 20, 2021 at the NCAA Championships
- On the track, began the spring with a winning effort in the 1,500m (4:49.6) and second place finish in the 800m (2:22.5) March 5, 2022 at the Kim Duyst Invitational
- Followed up with a 10:11 3k PR March 12, 2022 at the Aggie Open
- Took top honors in the 800m (2:17.9) and finished third in the 1,500m (4:46.1) March 19, 2022 at the Wildcat Invitational
- Chopped another five seconds off her personal best 1,500m time and placed 18th with a 4:41 clocking April 1, 2022 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic
- The following day anchored a key leg as the Wildcats set a new meet and school record (12:07.5) in the distance medley relay
- Enjoyed a massive 4:34.7 1,500m effort April 15, 2022 at the Bryan Clay Invitational
- Won the 800m run with a time of 2:17.03 April 23, 2022 at the Chico Invitational
- Earned all-conference honors with a second place finish and a PR time of 4:33.6 May 7, 2022 at the CCAA Track & Field Championships
- Also finished fifth at the conference meet in the 800m (2:18.9)
- Concluded the spring with a personal best time of 2:15.9 May 13, 2022 at the Azusa Pacific Last Chance meet
- Named to the 2021 USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team.
 
2020–21
- Did not compete due to the COVID pandemic
- Named to the CCAA Fall Academic Honor Roll.
 
2019–20
- Opened the cross country season with a 36th place finish September 23, 2019 at the Stump Invitational
- Turned in a 6k PR time of 22:13.6 September 28, 2019 at the Capital Cross Challenge
- Placed 31st (22:52.2) October 12, 2019 at the Western Washington Classic
- Wrapped up the year with a 34th place showing October 26, 2019 at the CCAA Championships, clocking in at 23:19.4
- Did not run during the 2020 track & field season
- Earned two CCAA All-Academic honors
- Received 2019–20 Division II Athletic Directors Association Academic Achievement Award.
 
2018–19
- Placed 83rd at the Capital Cross Challenge with a time of 22:58
- Finished 68th (23:26) in the Open race at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational
- Placed 54th at the UC San Diego Triton Invitational (24:36)
- Concluded the fall with a 15th place effort (24:24) at the Doc Adams Invitational
- On the track, clocked a 2:21 800m at the Hornet Invitational
- Recorded a 4:58 1,500m PR at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, and ran a leg on the ‘Cats’ winning Distance Medley Relay team
- Raced to a 2:20 800m at the Chico Twilight Invitational
- Dropped her 800m time to 2:19 at the Woody Wilson Invitational
- Missed advancing to the CCAA 800m final with a 2:21 run, but helped the ‘Cats’ 4 X 400m team advance to the final with a solid 400m leg to wrap up the season
- Earned 2018–19 CCAA All-Academic honors.
 
Pre-Chico Days
- Four-year letter winner in both cross country and track at Mt. Carmel High School in San Diego
- Helped lead the Sundevils to a pair of San Diego Section Division II championships
- Two-year team captain
- In her senior XC season, recorded a regular season 3-mile PR of 17:35 at the Dana Hills Invitational
- Placed second in the North County Cross Country Championships
- Won the Division II race of the San Diego Section Cross Country Championships
- Concluded the season with a 22nd place finish at the State Cross Country Championships, running an 18:39 5k PR
- Specialized in the middle distances on the track, where she placed fifth in the San Diego Section 800m final.
 
Personal

- Daughter of Tom and Gail
- Has two older siblings, Tom and Sarah
- Favorite course at Chico State is Senior Seminar in Criminal Justice
- Why she chose to attend Chico State: “The trees”
- Her greatest sports moment: “Throwing up freshman year after this one race in Davis that was hot and dusty”
- The most impressive thing she’s ever accomplished is getting a cat
- Has learned by competing in distance running: “Don’t eat too close to running”
- Enjoys playing the triangle when she has some free time
- Best advice ever received came from Wildcats head coach Gary Towne: “Don’t be a workout warrior”
- Currently working on her master’s degree in political science
- Plans to enter Chico State’s political science master’s program
- Hopes to eventually work abroad.
