- Finished 14th in 5,000m, 10th in the 3,000m Steeplechase (final), ninth in the prelims at the NCAA Championships
- Won the CCAA Championship in the 5,000m and 3,000m steeplechase
- Set a personal record time of 16:14.67 in the 5,000m at the APU Franson Last Chance
- Won the 1,500m and set a PR time of 2:20.72 in the 800m at the Chico State Invitational

2021–22
- Made her Chico State cross country debut September 10, 2021 at the San Francisco State Invitational, placing 22nd with a 6k time of 22:53.8
- Finished 18th (6k time of 22:00.4) September 25, 2021 at the Cougar Challenge
- Was the Wildcats’ number two finisher October 9, 2021 at the Bill Roe Classic, placing 17th overall with a 6k time of 22:58.8
- Chopped 49 seconds off her previous season’s best 6k time, posting a 21:11.8 to finish sixth October 23, 2021 at the CCAA Cross Country Championships, earning All-CCAA honors
- Led the ’Cats and netted All-West Region honors November 6, 2021 at the NCAA West Regional, placing ninth with a time of 21:11.8
- Concluded the fall season with a 67th place run at the NCAA Cross Country Championships (6k time of 21:47.1)
- On the track, opened spring competition by winning the 2,000-meter steeplechase (7:11.7) March 12, 2022 at the Aggie Open
- Finished first in the 1,500m (4:44.9) and second in the 800m (personal best 2:21.03) March 19, 2022 at the Wildcat Invitational
- Recorded a 17:17.9 5k time at the April 12, 2022 at the Mike Fanelli Track Classic, then came back the next day to run a 1,600m leg on the ’Cats’ distance medley relay team, helping set a new school and meet record at 12:07.58
- Took top honors in the 1,500m April 9, 2022 at the Sacramento State Invitational, stopping the clock at 4:51.6
- Made her Chico State debut in the 3k steeplechase with a time of 10:44 April 13, 2022 at the Bryan Clay Invitational
- Won the 1,500m April 23, 2002 at the Chico Invitational, posting the 10th-fastest time (4:33.08) ever run in the event by a Wildcat
- The May 5–7, 2022 CCAA Track & Field Championships brought twin wins in the 3k steeple (10:31.2) and 5k (17:09.1) and two All-CCAA honors
- The May 13–14, 2022 Azusa Pacific Last Chance meet brought a sixth place finish and a 17:08.7 5k PR, plus a near-PR 4:33.9 in the 1,500m
- Named All-West Region in the steeple by the USTFCCCA
- Concluded a productive year of racing with a 10:34 3k steeple May 26, 2022 in the NCAA Track & Field Championship preliminaries, qualifying for the final
- The next day she finished seventh in the finals to earn All-America honors, recording a personal best steeple time of 10:24.3—third fastest in Chico State program history.
 
2020–21
- Did not compete due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
 
Pre-Chico Highlights:
- A member of the San Diego State cross country, and indoor and outdoor track & field teams from 2018–2020
- Posted a personal best 6k XC time of 21:45.1 October 19, 2019 at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational
- Ran a career-best 18:07 in the 5k October 13, 2018 at the Highlander Invitational
- On the track, delivered the fifth-best 3,000-meter steeplechase time in program history (11:07.62) and best ever by an Aztec freshman March 29, 2019 at the Bob Larsen Distance Carnival
- Notched PR times of 2:19.72 in the 800m and 4:45.26 in the 1,500m March 22–23, 2019 at the Aztec Invitational
- Four-year letterwinner in cross country, track, and soccer at Alhambra High School in Martinez
- Served as Bulldogs captain and named team MVP in both cross country and track & field in 2017 and 2018
- Set a new school record in the 800m
- Competed in the State XC championships three times and State track & field championships twice in her prep career.

- The person she most admires in the sports world is cross country coach Madison Moore (“She’s a queen”)
- Why she chose to attend Chico State: “It felt like home”
- Her greatest sports moment: “Eating it in front of everyone at practice trying to clear the steeple pit”
- The most interesting thing she’s ever done is backpack through Europe for five weeks with her sister following her high school graduation
- Has learned by competing in distance running that “you get out what you put in!”
- Enjoys eating good food and spending time with friends
- Her biggest non-sports talent: “I can touch my nose with my tongue”
- At the top of her bucket list: “Go on a road trip up the Pacific Northwest”
- Best advice ever received came from her mom: “Invest in yourself”
- Majoring in business marketing.
