Opened the season with a 13th place run at the Riverside Invitational (24:47)…Placed 17th at the Capital Cross Challenge in 24:48, helping the Wildcats to their second straight meet victory…Placed fourth at the Western Washington Invitational with a 31:38 on the 10k course…Placed fourth to earn all-conference and Newcomer of the Year honors in his first CCAA Championship race as the ’Cats No. 3 runner…Earned All-West Region honors with a 17th place run at the regional championship…Concluded the season with a 79th place effort at the NCAA Championships…On the track, opened the season with a 4:01/1:57 double (1,500/800) at the Wildcat Invitational…Recorded a seasonal best 4:00 time in the  1,500 at the Chico Twilight Invitational…Placed second in his heat in the 5k at the Bryan Clay Invitational with a 14:52 seasonal best…Concluded the spring with a fifth place run in the 10k at the CCAA Championships.
 
Pre-Chico Days
A standout runner at El Camino Community College…finished sixth at the California Community College State Championships as a sophomore, crossing the line in a PR time of 20:23 on the 4-mile course…Named the Conference Athlete of the Year for cross country…On the track, enjoyed similar success winning numerous conference titles…won conference crowns in both the 10k and 3k steeplechase as a sophomore…Completed an impressive California State Meet triple, placing fouth in the 10k (31:41), fourth in the steeplechase (9:24), and seventh in the 5k (15:04)…Named the 2014–2015 El Camino Community College Male Student Athlete of the Year.
