2017–18
Due to injury, participated in just one cross country race in the fall…Placed 11th at the Doc Adams Invitational, clocking in at 25:24…A consistent spring of training allowed for a number of substantial PR’s on the track…Opened season with a 3:55 PR time in the 1,500m PR at the Wildcat Invitational…Recorded an 8:28 for 3k in a team time trial…Dropped his 5k best to 14:41 at the San Francisco Distance Carnival…Lowered his 1,500 and 5k PR’s running 3:55.0 and 14:30.0 at the Chico Distance Carnival and Bryan Clay Invitational…Concluded the track season with a fourth place run in the CCAA Championship meet’s 5k event.
 
2016–17
Redshirted the cross country season and opened the campaign late due to injury…Enjoyed a huge 24:18 8k PR run at the Santa Clara Invitational, placing sixth overall...Placed sixth at the Doc Adams Invitational in Davis, before concluding the fall season with a 14:45 run in the team track 5k time trial…Did not run track in 2017.
 
Pre-Chico Days
Placed second overall at the Nor Cal Cross Country Championships as a sophomore at Chabot JC…Went on to finish fourth at the State Community College Championships…On the track, finished fourth in the 1,500m at the State Championships…Running for Danville’s San Ramon Valley High School, raced to a 15:46 California State Championship 5k performance as a senior…Also recorded a 9:28 3,200m PR.
