Spent the fall as a member of the Wildcats’ cross country team…Pre-Chico Days: Competed at the University of Mississippi in 2013 and was part of the Southern Utah cross country program in 2014…A 2013 graduate of Oakmont High School in Roseville…Earned four letters for both cross country and track…Two-time Foot Locker All-American…Placed fifth at the 2011 Foot Locker National Cross Country Championships and 15th in 2009…Runner-up at the 2011 California Cross Country Championships and placed fourth in 2009…Set school records in the 3,200-meter run (10:40.99) and 5K cross country (17:09)…Personal: Born 3/26/95 in Roseville…Daughter of Pat (who played football at Chico State) and Cindy…Has two siblings, Kaila and Karissa (a former soccer player at Pepperdine)…Enjoys spending time outside, arts and crafts, and playing with her nephew…Says the best thing about Chico is Bidwell Park…Triple knots her shoes before every race…Majoring in child development…Plans on becoming a teacher.
