2011-2012: Began having solid workouts midway through the season to earn a spot on the postseason roster...Took advantage by placing 21st at the NCAA West Regionals to earn her first All-West-Region honors and then capped a rollercoaster season with a terrific 58th place finish as a scoring member of the 7th-place team finish at the NCAA Championship meet in blizzard-like conditions in Spokane, Wash....Posted a slew of PRs on the track in distances ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 meters...One of her more impressive runs was at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival 5K where she stopped the clock with a 17:33 PR.

2010-2011: Finished 38th at the Pacific Association USATF Cross Country Championships…Placed 13th at the CCAA Championships to earn All-Conference honors…Finished 117th at Santa Clara Invitational…Finished 55th at Willamette Invitational…On the track, Finished sixth at the CCAA Championships in the 10K…Finished third at the Chico Twilight Distance Carnival in the 5K with a time of 17:57…Placed 43rd at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival…Raced a 10:37 3K at the Aggie Invitational.

2009-2010: Achieved one of the biggest breakthrough years in Wildcat History…Opened up the cross country season with a 19:29-78th place effort at the Irvine Invitational, leaving her well outside the ’Cats top seven…Progressed through the season, recording a big breakthrough run at the San Francisco State Invitational, placing 11th overall while cutting nearly three minutes off her ’08 time over the same 6k layout…Earned All-CCAA honors by placing 14th in the conference championships…Placed 16th overall at the NCAA West Regional, just behind teammate Kara Lubieniecki, who ran a 17:00 PR…Finished 113th at the NCAA Championship meet. On the track, posted huge PR’s in the 1500m (4:47) and 5,000m (17:41)…One of seven Wildcat women to finish among the top eight overall in the 5k at the CCAA Championships.

2008-2009: Redshirted both cross country and track as a freshman…A 5k time of 20:38 at the Willamette Invitational placed her among the Top 100 in the open race…Her 25:13 6k at the San Francisco State Invitational was good for a 56th place finish…On the track, her spring highlight was a 19:05 clocking in the 5,000m at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.

High School: Competed at Chico High School…Posted times in the 5:23 range in the 1600m and in the 19:50’s at Woodward Park during cross country season.
