2011-2012: Placed 14th in the NCAA West Regionals to earn West-Region honors...Finished 11th in the CCAA Championships to earn All-CCAA recognition.
2010-11: Finished 84th at her first NCAA Championships…Finished 21st at NCAA West Region Championships, just missing All-West Region Honors…Finished eighth at CCAA Championships earning All-CCAA honors…Placed 53rd at the Santa Clara Invitational…Finished 25th at the Willamette Invitational…On the track, Spencer’s season was limited due to an injury.
2009-2010: Decided not to run cross country in the fall…On the track, focused on the steeplechase event and enjoyed considerable success…Won the Woody Wilson Invitational steeple with an NCAA provisional qualifying mark of 11:18…Placed fifth overall (11:19) at the CCAA Championship.
2008-2009: Enjoyed breakthrough collegiate race at the San Francisco State Invite, placing 4th overall with a time of 22:37 for the 6k layout…Finished the season at the CCAA Championship, placing 20th overall…On the track, notched an 11:17 PR in the steeple event while winning the Chico Twilight Invitational…Posted an 18:12 5k at the Gator Preview meet in San Francisco.
2007-2008: Redshirted both sports during first year of college…Finished 23rd overall at the San Francisco State Invitational…Finished the fall with an 18:11 5k in the team’s end of the season time trial….On the track, raced sparingly in the spring but managed an 11:39 debut in the steeple event…Finished the season with an 18:26 for the 5k at the Oxy Invitational.
