2012-2013: A huge breakout season saw Cisneros move into the Wildcats scoring lineup and become a factor on the conference, regional and NCAA level...Placed 50th at NCAA Championships...Finished 3rd overall at the West Region Championships in Oahu, Hawaii, earning his first All Region honors...Placed second behind teammate Isaac Chavez in the CCAA Championship race...Finished 28th at the Stanford Invitational with a  25:04 time...Opened season 13th overall at the West Coast Preview Invitational in Portland...Missed track season with season ending injury.

2011-2012: Placed eighth at the CCAA Championships as the Wildcats took ten of the top 11 spots in the race, earning All-CCAA honors...Placed 4th overall at the Humboldt Invite to open the season… Placed 35th at the Stanford Invite as the ‘Cats #4 runner...Placed 16th at Willamette Invite...Finished 14th overall at Davis’ Doc Adams Invite in a 24:30 PR for 8K...Opened track campaign with a 14:47 PR at the Kim Duyst Invite while placing third overall…Lowered 5K PR to 14:41 at San Francisco Distance Carnival…Ran a 4:02 1,500-meter PR at Chico Twilight Invite…Cracked the 31-minute barrier for the 10K at the Mt. SAC Relays where he ran a 30:59 in his heat…A big part of the Wildcats 9th straight CCAA title, winning the individual 10k title and placing 7th in the 5k.

2010-2011: Placed 21st at the Pacific Association Cross Country Championships with a time of 32:18 on the six-mile course…Finished 15th at the CCAA Championships…Broke the 25-minute barrier at Santa Clara Invitational with a 24:53 and placed 48th…Finished 60th at the Willamette Invitational…On the track, Cisneros placed fourth at the CCAA Championships in the 10K…Recorded a 14:49 PR in the 5K at the Chico Twilight Invitational…Recorded a PR of 31:39 in the 10K at the San Francisco Invitational.

2009-2010: Redshirted both cross country and track during his first year at Chico State…In the fall, placed 23rd at the San Francisco State Invitational…Followed up with a 25:35 8k PR at the Santa Clara Invitational, good for 48th place overall…On the track, posted PR’s of 15:19 and 32:00 for the 5k and 10k distances respectively.

High School: A top runner for central valley powerhouse McFarland HS Team…Posted a sub 16:20 PR on the Woodward Park cross country course…Also ran a 9:37 3200m time on the track.
