CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Chico State's Kelly More, Brooke Pelletier and Taylor Stewart joined an elite list as the trio make up a total of 1,401 collegiate student-athletes on the Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-America Scholar Team, as announced Thursday.
 
The WGCA recognized women's golfers from 378 programs across NCAA Divisions I, II, III and NAIA. To be selected as an All-American Scholar, the student-athlete must have an overall cumulative grade-point average of 3.50 or higher, be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the team's season and have played 50 percent of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds during the year nominated through the team's conference championship.
 
Stewart, a junior who served as president of Chico State's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, earned this prestigious honor for the third time in her collegiate career. More, also a junior academically, repeats from last season while the freshman Pelletier made the grade for the first time.
