The long absence of Chico State Athletics has made our Wildcats' hearts growl stronger. After a more than a year away from competition—541 days to be exact—Wildcat Athletics is back! The teams are ecstatic to be together again, working hard to achieve their goals. But those goals are only possible with your support, Wildcat Family. So, we're jump-starting our seasons with a weeklong challenge to Back the 'Cats and help our teams raise much-needed funds for the scholarships, equipment, leadership opportunities, and more.
 
All of it helps sustain and grow the most successful athletic institution in the California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA). The Wildcats are Champions in competition, Champions in the classroom and Champions in the community because we are Championed by you!
 
Thanks to a generous gift from alumnus Bill Niepoth ('49) and is wife, Marilyn, we have a number of special rewards to unlock throughout the week. Teams can unlock prizes for participation, dollars raised, milestones and more. Of course, they can also earn all-important department bragging rights!
